Right now, the back part of my double eyelid line bends downward and it is a bit high, so I don’t like it. If I had the surgery with the buried-suture method, does revision surgery absolutely have to be done by incision? Or can the original one be undone and redone with the buried-suture method? If the previous buried sutures are undone, are there many cases where scars remain?
