They say you can restore a lateral canthoplasty while also widening it further toward the back. Has anyone had surgery like that? I thought restoration and canthoplasty were opposites, but they said it’s possible to do canthoplasty while restoring it, so I’m curious. Would it be too greedy to even do secondary canthoplasty while restoring it?
