I had my first surgery, and it was done using a method that grinds up costal cartilage. I was a little afraid of taking rib cartilage, but the surgeon was so well known that I trusted them and went ahead. Director Seo Man-gun was somewhere between tsundere and kind, and he explained everything about the surgery clearly and neatly. Honestly, the cost was a burden, so I did have some inner conflict... haha I’m really satisfied with the line and the shape. I feel like it would have been fine even if I had made it a little higher... I still regret all the money I spent on fillers over the years. I should have just gone straight to surgery. Anyway, the early swelling wouldn’t go down at all, so I bothered the manager several times, but thank you for being so patient with me..
