I prefer implant-free surgery using septal and ear cartilage, but I was also curious about autologous costal cartilage, so I booked a consultation. I wanted implant-free surgery, but they talked about placing 115 mm of silicone and correcting the nasolabial angle, and while looking at the CT they drew the expected surgical line and also shaped the nasal line, so the consultation was very detailed. For the eyes, I consulted about the eye hollows that make the eyes look tired and deep-set, and they kindly consulted on that too while marking all the double eyelid lines. I liked it quite a bit after the consultation, but the price was too high, and since I had been thinking of implant-free surgery, I hesitated at the mention of inserting silicone, so I put it on hold.
