I had my first nose surgery and forehead fat grafting with Dr. Park Yong-sik at OM Plastic Surgery! A friend recommended it, and I heard OM was well known for noses, so I looked into it. The things I wanted matched me really well, so I went in for a consultation right away. They were so thorough and proactive, and they also gave me very realistic guidance, so that is why I chose them haha I had less bruising and swelling than I expected, and there was no bleeding at all! The shape is still hard to judge until the minor swelling goes down, but for now I am satisfied. I wanted a natural look, so I told them it was fine even if they did not make it very high, as long as it looked natural. It is exactly the kind of subtle but not overly high result I wanted, so I am happy with it!
