Successful revision surgery for an inflamed nose and wide nose reconstruction!!!

Since I was little, I grew up hearing the words pig nose and upturned nose over and over, so having a very large nose was a huge complex for me. That is why in my early 20s I got nose surgery at a factory-style plastic surgery clinic without really researching it properly, and right after the surgery I could not breathe well, and I struggled a lot with nasal congestion and a runny nose. Even after surgery for rhinitis, it did not improve much In the end, I had all implants completely removed at ㅅㅅㅇ, and even after removal my nose was still a major complex. When I saw pretty noses, I felt envious, but the memories of the failed surgery and the hard time I went through came to mind first, so I really agonized over whether I should have revision surgery or not. But around me there were a lot of friends who were satisfied after nose surgery and had no major side effects. As I kept worrying, I started to think that the problem might not have been nose surgery itself, but that I had chosen the wrong clinic in the first place. So this time I made up my mind to do it properly and went around to consult at several hospitals. I visited about 10 places, and the consultation with Dr. G.G.J. was the one I liked the most. The consultation was incredibly thorough and gave me a sense of trust, and especially when he did a simulated plastic surgery with Photoshop, the shape was the one I liked best among all the places I consulted. Rather than simply raising the nose bridge, he explained it in a way that suited my face, which made me trust him even more. And I was originally stressed about my mouth looking a little protruded, but the doctor designed it while also considering the nasolabial angle. It felt like not just the nose but the entire side-profile line was naturally refined, so I was even more satisfied. It was also the style most similar to what I wanted, and above all, during the consultation I got a reassuring feeling that he would take responsibility for my nose all the way through. That feeling was not wrong, because even after surgery he watched my progress very carefully. If I said my nose seemed a bit swollen, he did not just brush it off, but checked the condition himself and kept paying attention. So even while I was recovering, I felt at ease. The director was also truly great. He seems to have a very good eye for faces. During the first consultation, he said that a straight-leaning line suited me best and that making it too flashy would not suit me, and looking at the result, he was completely right lol. To be honest, when I looked at reviews from ㅁㅁ, there were a lot of flashy noses, so I hesitated, but what I wanted was to become naturally pretty. The result is truly satisfying! In fact, now I even wonder if I should have made it a little higher lol. And the director keeps taking care of me even after the surgery. Even now, if I contact him, he tells me to come to the clinic to check the progress, and he says he is so happy that the nose surgery went well that he is happy together with me, and it really feels sincere. He is also amazingly empathetic, and if I have questions about other procedures or surgeries, he gives advice on what would suit me and which places are good, which was so helpful. He is the kind of person I can talk to comfortably, like family or an older sister. The nurses were also truly touching. They treated every wound dressing, disinfection, and even a single antibiotic injection with a lot of care, and if I mentioned any discomfort at all, they wrote it down carefully and passed everything on to the doctor. Then I could get feedback right away. These things may seem minor, but from a patient's perspective they felt really big. I am very satisfied with the surgical result, and I liked it even more because I felt that the doctor, the director, and the nurses were all paying attention together. Most of all, before, I was so stressed that even breathing was uncomfortable, but now I can breathe comfortably and live without worrying about inflammation. Not only the shape of my nose but also the functional side has improved, so my quality of life feels completely different. As someone who was stressed about my nose for a long time and even had it removed once, this is a clinic I sincerely want to recommend to people who are worried about functional nose problems or the appearance of their nose, just like me.
