Cheekbone Surgery Reviews

A 4-year review of facial contouring

I’m now entering my 4th year after cheekbone + square jaw surgery. My square jaw has no issues at all, but I still haven’t regained sensation in the left cheekbone area, just a tiny bit. Still, thankfully, it doesn’t seem like a major complication. Right after surgery, both cheekbones had absolutely no sensation, but over time a lot of it came back, and the right side is now normal. Only the left side still feels a bit off. Even so, if someone asked, “If you could go back to the past, would you do it again?” I’d answer without hesitation that I would. Life after surgery has been so satisfying. The follow-up care at the hospital was also good. I think anesthesia is the most important part of any plastic surgery, and I chose the hospital because it seemed to manage that well, and I still think that was the right choice. Going forward, I want to pay more attention to skin clinic care and keep looking into it. I hope this review is at least a little helpful to people who are researching surgery. Surgery should be considered carefully.
