I saw reviews of TKR and thought there were people similar to me. I chose TKR because I wanted a glamorous nose and had surgery there. Of course the straight-ish shape is pretty, but it’s so upright like a piece of chalk that it doesn’t suit my face at all, so I’m thinking of lowering it and making it more natural with a revision.
