Ten years ago I had the silicone removed, and now only the septum and cartilage remain at the tip of my nose... It isn't actually inflammation or contracture, but my nostrils are very visible now. Could it be lowered without an open approach? Because of daily life, I'm leaning toward a closed approach rather than open, but if I want to definitely bring the nostrils down, it feels like open surgery is the answer.
