Overall, the satisfaction level is high, and everyone is kind to begin with. When I asked various questions during the consultation, they answered well, which was nice. But during the surgery consultation, I think it would have been better to consult with the director for decisions. I didn’t ask separately, so I’m not sure if a consultation with the director was possible. Come to think of it, a director consultation seems like it should be the obvious thing, but haha I couldn’t make a decision, so the consultation coordinator? relayed the director’s words based on the photos taken before the consultation. Anyway, everyone was kind. The surgery result was also good.
