I went for a consultation for nose surgery. The facilities were definitely good and the doctor explained things well, but because they kept recommending all kinds of other things, I didn't feel like it was right for me. Still, it was clean and not crowded with people, so I was considering it. But above all, kindness is what really makes me feel comfortable.
