This is not a recommendation post. It has been 6 years since my rhinoplasty, and I like the shape, but the tip of my nose where I had septal extension looks like it is showing through. I do not think it is contracture, but maybe because I keep worrying about it, it feels like it aches too... Even though I did not make it very high, the show-through still happened. I think it became noticeable one day about 6 years after the surgery. Honestly, people still do not really notice even when they see my bare face, but my psychological pressure is getting worse, so I think you really should research rhinoplasty carefully before doing it.
