It seems that if you decide to have surgery, the structure is that you then consult with the doctor. So I consulted with the manager, but they did not seem to know much about in-out lines. I wanted an in-out line, but they told me to do an in-line. But even though I was only getting double eyelid surgery, the price was way too high, so I had the surgery somewhere else.
