The outside of the building was just a typical office building in Gangnam, but inside the clinic it felt like a five-star hotel or a gallery. It was an extremely hot day, and I was glad they gave me something to drink as soon as I arrived. While waiting, I looked at the before-and-after photos and handwritten reviews in the waiting room, and thought, they really specialize in noses, and in terms of safety and reliability, this seems okay. The consultation went in the order of manager, doctor, manager. The doctor was very calm and explained things slowly and clearly. He explained the CT scan on a large screen and went over the before-and-after photos of patients who had surgery. After that, the manager talked about costs and said they get a lot of referrals. A few days later, they contacted me to ask if I had any other questions, and I felt that they were attentive.
