My friend had a bulbous nose surgery with donated costal cartilage, and the nose shape turned out so well and the bulbous nose became such a refined line that I thought it was a genius move, so I got a consultation with Director G.H.J through my friend’s recommendation. But honestly, the consultation was disappointing. Rather than feeling professional, it felt like they were fixated only on donated costal cartilage, which made me worry even more. I do not have a bulbous nose and my nose is on the small side, so I said that if I used donated costal cartilage, my nose would get too big and look unnatural with my current image, but the manager said it in a way that sounded like I did not know what I was talking about. I was a little taken aback then;;
