It’s been about a year and a half since my first surgery, but the silicone has bent slightly, and my nasal bridge near the glabella was originally on the higher side, so after putting silicone in again, my nose suddenly looked bigger.. that’s how it felt I think a slim, small nose suits me, so I’m looking into revision surgery to do osteotomies on both sides again, lower the silicone, and raise the nasal tip a bit more Since I didn’t get the nose shape I wanted from the first surgery, for revision surgery I want to have it done by a director who not only has good skills but also has good aesthetic sense. Is there anywhere you can recommend? ㅠㅡㅠ
