I went because I needed nose revision surgery, and they said that if I wanted to reduce side effects as much as possible, they recommended donor dermis rather than other methods, but I'm planning to keep that as my last resort. It doesn't seem like they over-treat, and the hospital and facilities are clean and quiet, which feels comfortable and good.
