I had it done 2 to 3 years ago. At the time the doctor was very kind and professional. I had silicone in the bridge, and the tip was done with septal cartilage. When I explained the direction I wanted, they consulted me accordingly and answered all my questions. I had consulted at several other places too, and after combining what I heard there, I decided on this place, and the result is satisfying. But right now the cartilage at the tip is showing through, so I am thinking about removing it. It does not seem to be a surgical problem, but rather because my skin is thin. If I do remove it, I think I will probably have the director do it again. I just remember that this place suited me well.
