I booked the surgery after consulting with the manager (the fourth week of August). Because I had a low bulbous nose, I also looked at hospitals that suggested osteotomy and alar reduction, but the director here did not push those things and instead said alar reduction was not necessary, that it would leave scars, and that if they pulled it, it would probably be fine, so I made a reservation and went ahead with it^.^
