I had the hump shaved down and used septal cartilage for the tip, done as an open rhinoplasty. It has been a long time since the surgery, and there have been no infections or side effects. Also, booking is easy, but the waiting time is extremely long. The waiting on the surgery day was also very long, and I hope they fix this part. In the end, I had it removed at another hospital.
