From the start, it wasn’t for a pretty upturned nose or a beautiful nose, but to improve my stress about my nostril wings. I had my nasal bridge done a long time ago, so if I did cartilage tying, it would count as a full nose revision
My nasal tip is thick, so if I reduced the nostril wings too much, I thought my nose would look too bulbous, so I just trusted the director and did it.
