I liked that the clinic was not a factory-like dermatology clinic, and what I liked most was that the director explained everything in detail. Even while I was receiving the procedure, they told me in detail about the skin changes during the procedure, such as how red it was becoming while receiving Thermage, and that because of that, the current Thermage stage is being done at several levels. Those are the kinds of things patients receiving treatment are curious about and want to know, but because the director explained them first, I felt at ease. And even about the injections offered as a service, they explained specifically what kind of injection it was and what effects it had before asking whether I wanted to get it or not, which I appreciated.
They explained everything in detail for every question I asked, and even the parts I had forgotten to ask about were brought up on their own, so it was very comfortable and nice.
