Even during the procedure, according to the progress of the treatment, while I was receiving Thermage, the director explained in detail the skin changes (degree of redness, etc.), so because of that, they told me what level the current Thermage stage was being done at. These are the kinds of things that, from the patient’s perspective while receiving the procedure, you are curious about and want to know, and because the director explained them first while performing the procedure, I felt at ease. And about the injection they gave as a complimentary service, they specifically explained what kind of injection it was and what effects it had, then asked whether I wanted to receive it or not, which was good.
They explained every question I asked in detail, and they even told me on their own about parts I had not thought to ask, so it was very comfortable and nice.
