I had only the nasal tip adjusted with septal cartilage + ear cartilage haha The doctor's aesthetic taste was not excessive, which matched me very well, and in my case my features are not especially flashy, so the doctor said putting silicone in the bridge would probably look unnatural, which made me trust them even more ! The cost was also reasonable compared with other places, so I am very satisfied haha
