After shopping around in Jeju and Seoul, I finally chose one place I’m here to leave a review of the surgery I had today at 10:30 Functional rhinoplasty (septum, rhinitis, slight hump, bulbous nose) + nasal tip I arrived around 9:30, and the consultant showed me to the inpatient room and powder room After going to the inpatient room and changing into patient clothes, I went to the powder room, washed my face with foam cleanser, and went out to the lobby Then they took photos and did an electrocardiogram After that, since my surgery also included the septum and rhinitis, I did taste and smell tests After finishing everything, I had one more consultation with the director! Then I went into the room, and the nurses came in I gargled with oral cleanser and went to the operating room. While I was getting the injection, they tied my hair and also restrained me lololol Since it was sleep anesthesia, they restrained me in case I moved! The doctor came in and I just passed out... When I opened my eyes, the surgery was over! Since I kept sleeping more, they kept waking me up... Then I went whoosh to the inpatient room in a wheelchair I had a video call with my family and slept a little more. It really didn’t hurt. When the consultant came in, I asked when the anesthesia would wear off, and she said it should be mostly gone by now. I was so surprised that I automatically said, “It doesn’t hurt this much?” (Oh, but my throat was dry, so I was thirsty. If you go to the lobby and tell them, they put a straw in lukewarm water for you) After being discharged (same-day admission), I went all out eating samgyetang porridge, abalone porridge, pumpkin porridge, and sushi. If only my appearance looked okay, I could go to work. The cotton packing is also less uncomfortable than I expected. It only takes a day anyway. First, I’m uploading before-and-after photos. You can tell right away that my nose looks smaller and more even, so I’m already satisfied ❤️ I plan to post interim reviews from time to time ❤️ It’s day 3, and I only have a little yellow bruising coming up, with no eye swelling or anything like that at all, and no pain at all... It probably differs from person to person, but I’m wondering if it’s really possible for it to hurt this little and swell this little. My husband and parents were surprised when they saw me too, asking if I really had surgery lolol. So far, I’m so, so satisfied ❤️ Yesterday, I had the splint and stitches removed~~ Stitch removal stings a bit! Can it really look this naturally pretty... The crookedness is completely corrected, and the side nasal tip is no joke either I’m really looking forward to when the swelling goes down... Maybe because the nasal tip is lifted, my upper lip naturally comes forward, so my chin looks like it has gone in too My mom and dad are so proud, and everyone keeps saying I look pretty whenever they see me and complimenting me that my face looks different Oh right‼️‼️ I didn’t know air could come through my nose this well lolol It feels like it’s going all the way into my brain lololololololololol I’ll come back with a one-month review ❤️
