I went for a nose consultation. They were extremely safety-conscious and said not to put in silicone at all. They said I had put in a lot of silicone before, and that the structure would inevitably cause problems. They analyzed not only my nose but my whole face, recommended doing other parts besides the nose, and also told me which angle looked best. Consultation recommended
