I went for a nose consultation. He is extremely, extremely, extremely safety-oriented, so he said not to put in silicone at all. He said silicone used to be inserted a lot in the past, but structurally it inevitably causes problems. He analyzed? not only my nose but my whole face, and recommended doing areas other than the nose, and also told me which angle looked best. I recommend the consultation.
