The consultation manager was very kind and professional, but the director's consultation time was really short, around 5 to 10 minutes. They shaped the line once and that was it. I explained what kind of line I wanted and what I was unhappy with about my current eyes, but they did not grasp it accurately and just talked about what they wanted to say.
