The consultation manager was very kind and professional, but the director’s consultation time was really short, around 5-10 minutes. He just held the line once and that was it. I explained what kind of line I wanted and what I was dissatisfied with about my current eyes, but he didn’t grasp it accurately and just said what he wanted to say.
