I had a consultation in the order of staff -> doctor -> staff, and the first consultation with the staff member lasted about 10 minutes. I thought I needed to explain my opinion well to the staff member so that it would also be conveyed properly to the doctor, so I said I only wanted a square jaw reduction. The doctor greeted me cheerfully, located the nerve line on the CT, and said the desired result could be achieved.
