I had consultations in the order of consultant-director-consultant, and first consulted with the consultant for about 10 minutes. I thought that if I communicated my opinion well to the consultant, it would be conveyed well to the director too, so I said I only wanted the square jaw done. The director greeted me warmly, marked the nerve line position on the CT, and said the result I wanted could be achieved.
