I was told they do surgery with a focus on improving nasal function, and the cosmetic part is added on as a secondary aspect.. For the bridge they use silicone, and for the tip they use ear cartilage and septal cartilage. The cosmetic part costs 330,000 won, and the rest is billed as out-of-pocket non-covered care.
