I thought I had a bulbous, blunt, and large nose, but they said it wasn't a bulbous nose and didn't recommend nostril reduction,, Nose Beam + MegaDerm 1.7 million They gave a very detailed consultation, and both the director and the consultant were kind I had the consultation with the head director, and I was surprised because he was older than I expected.. It's not a major surgery, so I think it would feel less burdensome
