I had my first double eyelid surgery here, and I ended up choosing natural adhesion, which can secure it more strongly than the buried suture method. I was definitely hesitant about incision or partial-incision methods because the swelling doesn't go down and I was worried about scarring, but I was glad to hear natural adhesion was possible. It's been quite a while since I had natural adhesion, and the line has been maintained well for a long time, but... if you want to avoid ending up with sausage-like eyes and want a natural look, I recommend getting your double eyelid surgery here
