I had my first double-eyelid surgery here, and I ended up doing natural adhesion, which can tie it more strongly than the buried suture method. I was definitely hesitant about incision or partial incision because I was worried the swelling wouldn’t go down and it might scar, so it was nice that they said I could do natural adhesion. It’s been quite a while since I had natural adhesion, but the line has stayed well for a long time.. If you want it to look natural and not end up like sausage eyes, I recommend getting double-eyelid surgery here.
