I wanted things like nipple symmetry and areola symmetry, but the director seemed to give rather realistic advice and did not seem to be the type to focus on that. I think that is just the doctor's aesthetic sense. They only recommended the surgeries that were truly necessary and did not over-recommend anything, which I really liked. From the reviews, the results all look beautiful too, so I am torn.
