The doctor explains things kindly. I had a consultation for correcting an alar-columellar imbalance / drooping nostril correction (lowering the nostril rim), and while other places did not say much about the insufficient skin, this doctor recommended a composite graft. (My skin is the type that is very insufficient.) They said the result of lowering the nostril rim may not be dramatic, so that actually made me trust them more(?). When I said I preferred a natural style rather than a flashy style, they listened accordingly. Since it is a revision surgery, I had a lot to think about, so for now the consultation mainly focused on correcting a deviated septum. Real-time CCTV viewing is not available, and there is a separate fee for recording. They said there is a separate doctor who only harvests costal cartilage.
