There seem to be so many people worried about contracture, but why is silicone the only option for the nasal bridge? What would it be like to do the nasal bridge with costal cartilage? It does seem like there aren't many cases, and I haven't seen many review photos of people using costal cartilage. My forehead is on the flatter side, so I don't want to raise my nasal bridge too much, because if the forehead is low but the nasal bridge is high, I think it would look really strange
