It's a typical factory-like place, I guess. All the consultations are only with the manager, and the doctor goes in if you're lying down, fires the laser, then moves on to the next person and fires the laser again. Because you wait with an eye cover on, you can't even see the face. I bought 10 sessions of skin laser. The first time I went, they checked my skin, consulted me, and immediately gave me Fraxel. I expected that they would check my skin at every visit, consult me, and then give me the laser treatment that fit me, but instead they only checked it on a fixed schedule and just carried out the treatment;; They also gave too little explanation about what procedure it was, and because the expected process was different from what actually happened, I was disappointed by about half, though I still don't know if it works.
