The manager is legendary. When I said I wasn’t going to make a same-day reservation and wanted to think about it more, she asked why, and I said I needed more time to think before deciding right away. Then she said the price might go up a bit instead and told me to just keep that in mind, said yes right away, and just walked out without even giving me a business card. She had been super kind before that! I don’t think I’d do it here even because of the manager. The desk staff, not the manager, was nice though. And what I didn’t understand was, usually prices change because of discounts, not because each item has a fixed price, right?? But they said the price changes. Also, when I asked to see before-and-after photos, they told me to check the website And even though I had made a reservation and went, I waited forever. The atmosphere was also really chaotic. It was also the first place where the consultation manager directly lifted my nose with a cotton swab and talked like a doctor. She was the one giving the diagnosis.. In the end, the manager’s view of my flaws and the doctor’s view of my flaws were different^^
