I got the procedure because the corners of my mouth sag and are asymmetrical when I smile. Because of the nature of botox, it was not a dramatic effect, but the issue of the corners of my mouth sagging when I smile improved to a noticeable degree. The asymmetry is still there, but I was told in advance that botox would not greatly improve asymmetry, and I think it is a satisfying procedure for the price.
