I had an impromptu consultation and procedure on the same day, and the manager was really, really kind. When I said it was my first time getting lip filler, they explained all sorts of things, and honestly I was a bit nervous, but they were so kind that I was moved... The treatment rooms were all separated, so I didn’t have to meet anyone else, which was nice, and I was fairly satisfied with the result too (I only asked them to lift the corners of my mouth a little, but honestly it went up way less than I expected, so I was a bit disappointed). But personally, the doctor and the nurses? staff? all gave off a slightly soulless feeling. I’m shy and not good at talking, so I just kept saying, ‘Ah, okay~’ and it ended really quickly, which felt a bit empty..
