Here, they mostly recommend partial incision, and I think that's even more the case when you're younger. I had it done in my early 20s, and even though I had a lot of fullness on my eyelids, I got partial incision and inner canthoplasty. As time went by, the double eyelids became so natural that I eventually had revision surgery, but I am satisfied. The inner canthoplasty was done well too. I liked that the doctor never pushed anything too much.
