I went for a consultation because I wanted revision eyelid surgery. The director said my eyes are in a very loosened state now and that I need ptosis correction. Before that, the surgery was just at the level of making a crease in the eye... I liked that they honestly told me exactly what the problem was, so I could clearly understand what surgery I need. Also, when they shaped the line, they asked for my opinion on how it looked, so it felt like we were communicating.
