I liked that they said it was a hospital specializing in eyes, that they were kind, and that they would keep providing aftercare, and the head coordinator was also modest and gave me a sense of trust. The director was in his early 40s, and they had uploaded various surgery cases and behind-the-scenes stories on the hospital TV, so I watched it interestingly during the wait and put it on my shortlist for surgery.
