They are kind and provide a long consultation. They are clear about what is possible and what is not. I was considering revision surgery to remove a scar, but they said the scar on the right side is close to the double-eyelid line, so there is a high chance it may not improve. I plan to put the surgery on hold. The consultation staff also listen in detail to the areas I'm concerned about.
