Personally, I like a nose tip that looks sharp and clearly defined, so when I first looked for reviews I checked places known for that style. I thought the style I wanted would probably require autologous costal cartilage, so I searched mainly for doctors who are good with costal cartilage. This place was also known for doing that slim, sharp look well, and during the consultation the doctor considered my whole face and laid out a clear plan. They explained the difference between autologous costal cartilage and donor costal cartilage, which helped me a lot in choosing the material. After consulting at other places, nowhere else matched this place in detailed aspects, so I eventually came back, had one more consultation, and then went ahead with surgery haha. The material used was autologous costal cartilage, and it has been about a month since surgery. Most of the swelling has gone down, the nose tip is clearly defined, and the line came out pretty with a slim feel, so I am satisfied.
