Personally, I like a defined, clearly projected nasal tip, so when I first looked up reviews, I focused on places known for that kind of style. Since the style I wanted seemed like it would require costal cartilage, I mainly looked for directors who handle costal cartilage well. This place was also good at creating a somewhat slim, defined look, and during the consultation the director considered my whole face while laying out a clear plan. They explained the difference between autologous costal cartilage and donated costal cartilage, which helped me a lot in choosing the material. After going to consultations at other places, nowhere else satisfied me in terms of the detailed aspects as much as this consultation did, so in the end I came back, had one more consultation, and even had the surgery haha. I proceeded with autologous costal cartilage, and it has been about a month since surgery. Most of the swelling is gone, the nasal tip is clearly defined, and the line came out pretty with a slim feel, so I'm satisfied
