They seemed proud of performing surgery with dermis. It seemed like they were trying to give the patient a detailed and thorough explanation. The consultation manager also seemed cheerful and kind. It gives me some anticipation that aftercare will be handled well, so I do feel a bit excited about having surgery at this hospital.
