In my first surgery, the silicone was way too obvious. I decided to lower the silicone height as much as possible and make it natural, so I had a revision surgery, but they completely ignored my opinion and did whatever they wanted. They made it way too high, so they turned me into someone whose nose job is obvious to anyone who looks. I went there because they said they would make it natural, but the price was also expensive, and they only raised the nose on my small face, so now only the nose stands outㅠㅠ
